Shipping Options
US Orders: Free shipping by USPO Priority Mail (takes 1 to 3 days, not guaranteed). For faster delivery, choose 2nd Day UPS $10, or Next Day UPS $30. UPS provides online package tracking and guaranteed delivery in one or two business days for most destinations (Saturday delivery is an extra $20). Call for other shipping options.
Canada Orders: Global Priority Mail $5
(takes 2 to 15 days depending on Customs). UPS Expedited takes 2-4 days
with normal Customs clearance, costs $30 to $65 depending on location. UPS
Express takes 1-2 days, costs $45 to $75. Call for other shipping options.
You will pay any required GST and Customs duties when you receive the software.
Overseas Orders: Global Priority Mail $10.
Express Mail, UPS and Fed Ex available at cost.

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on the WorkTrak software. To issue a credit, we must receive the software and manuals within 30 days of your order date. Before you return anything, call us at 703-506-8783 for an RMA number (returned merchandise authorization).
